Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & deliveries
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times then vary depending on your region.
Free shipping is offered on purchases of $65 or more in Canada. Conditions are indicated at checkout or in our shipping policy.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so at no additional charge as long as it has not yet been prepared or shipped. Orders are usually prepared within 12 hours on business days. To cancel an order, please contact us by email at torrefaction@lenoirlacroix.ca Once the order has been prepared or ordered, it is no longer possible to cancel it in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Products & Roasting
We roast regularly in small batches to ensure fresh, aromatic coffee.
Yes, some of our coffees are certified organic (Ecocert) and fair trade. These certifications are indicated on the product sheets.
We recommend storing your coffee in an airtight container, away from air, light, and humidity. Avoid the refrigerator.
