Guatemala Gualvador Estate coffee is a premium grand cru from the New Oriente region (Atescatempa, Chingo Volcano). Grown at an altitude of 1370 to 1500 meters at the Jaime Rios Canana farm (Catuai, Bourbon, and Pacas varieties), it benefits from a natural process (Winey natural) and an amber roast.

When you taste it, you'll discover fruity notes of apple and green mango, enhanced by a delicate acidity reminiscent of Chardonnay grape.

To fully appreciate the subtle notes of this single origin coffee, we recommend preparing it using gentle brewing methods such as Chemex, a filter coffee maker, or a French press.
