Nicaragua – Famille Chavarria

The Nicaragua Chavarria coffee is a premium grand cru from the Nueva Segovia region. Grown at an altitude of 1360 meters on the Chavarria Family farm (Catimor and Bourbon varieties), it benefits from a washed and natural process, as well as an amber roast.

When you taste it, you will discover sweet pear flavors, accompanied by a slight fruity presence of ripe apples.

To fully release the delicate flavors of this single-origin coffee, we recommend preparing it using gentle brewing methods such as a Chemex, a classic filter coffee maker, or a French press.
