Sumatra - Gayo mountain

Sumatra coffee is a premium, high-quality, certified organic grand cru from the famous Gayo Mountain region on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia. Grown between 1100 and 1300 meters above sea level, it benefits from an amber roast and a unique traditional process called Giling Basah (a special two-stage drying process that removes the protective membrane from the still-moist bean).

When you taste it, you will discover a perfectly balanced profile with earthy flavors, beautifully complemented by rich notes of spices.

To release all its good flavors, we recommend preparing it with a French press, Chemex, or even as an espresso.
